$100k An active Secret security clearance is required
Qualifications:
o BS is acceptable (Masters or Doctoral level education is preferred).
o US Army Command and General Staff College or other service equivalent is acceptable (Graduate of the Army School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), the Army Senior Service College, or other service equivalents is preferred).
o Ability to write/communicate effectively.
o Experience developing qualitative and quantitative analytical reportsMilitary
Experience:
o 15 years of active or combined active and reserve component service in the following fields:
o Institutional Army - or other military service - assignments (Pentagon, Joint, or Army Major Commands are preferred).
o Operational Army - or other military service - assignments (Division and Corps staff assignments - or other service equivalent assignments are preferred).
o Retired Military O4 through O6 is preferred (civilian equivalents are acceptable)
Responsibilities:
o Assist in the development of learning demands (LDs), study issues, and Essential Elements of Analysis (EEAs) in meeting Army Future Study Program (FSP) needs (may include quantitative and qualitative analytical requirements).
o Maintain a holistic understanding of FSP learning demands as approved by Army leadership.
o Assist in the development of the analytical collection plan resulting in effective and efficient means to collect information pertaining to learning demands and EEAs.
o Conduct research and data mining to address specific leadership questions, directives, and provides shared understanding of relevant experiments, war-games, and studiesConduct research to assist with the development of EEAs that support the overall design of the FSP event.
o Assist in the coordination with Government analytical and assessment organizations, Research and Analysis Center (TRAC), the Center for Army Analysis (CAA), the Data and Analysis Center (DAC), and other organizations conducting experimentation relative to FSP.
o Coordinating with FSP event facilitators and focus group/work group leads for development of methods to address areas of analysis.
o Develop qualitative and quantitative analytical reports, highlighting key analytical insights and themes from the FSP eventsReports will be written at the graduate level, free of errors, reflect verified sources of information, and adhere to the U.
SArmy War College Communicative Arts Directive standards.
o Train on all aspects of the collection plan and be familiar with models and/or simulations used in support of an FWD eventThe Government will provide training on the collection plan, models, and simulations as required to facilitate quantitative and qualitative analysis.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
